Trauma that happened over a period of time takes longer to resolve but would be a matter of weeks or months rather than years.

Using EFT past traumatic events can be resolved so that the client feels in control when thinking about the event. Nothing will ever change the fact the event was an awful experience at the time but the raw pain can be dissolved to enable the sufferer to move forwards & enjoy a healthy emotional life.
