About Nichola Nichola trained in St Margaret’s Hospital, London & with British Ethical Therapies in Liverpool. She is a member of the Hypnotherapy Association & a qualified Master Practitioner in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is an EFT accredited Trainer approved by EFT founder Gary Craig & the AAMET. She has specialist EFT training in Trauma & Sexual Abuse, Weight Loss & Serious diseases. She has trained with several EFT masters in the UK & abroad. She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming & a HypnoBirthing practitioner. She has been featured in the Times, Spirit & Destiny magazine & on Newstalk Radio. Her style of therapy is empathetic & practical. She is committed to providing you with solutions that last. To help you between & after treatments she records each hypnotherapy session on audio cd for use at home. In addition she will teach you how to use EFT on yourself. She has also researched & simplified a number of helpful tools from many different disciplines eg breathing techniques, dietary advice, planning tools and many more.
